Rethinking how patches work — from the fibre up.
EncapSolutions is a Sydney-based deep-tech company that rethought how patches work — from the fibre up. We developed SkinSync® — a patented dissolving nanofibre delivery platform that releases up to 95% of its active payload to the skin, over up to 72 hours. Standard patches waste 50–95% of what's inside them. We set out to fix that, and we did.
Founded in 2022, our team of scientists and entrepreneurs has taken SkinSync® from laboratory concept to U.S. retail shelves — backed by two international patent families, validated manufacturing at industrial scale, and early commercial traction across 20 U.S. stores and direct-to-consumer e-commerce.

SkinSync® is our patented nanofibre technology platform. Applied to moist skin, the dissolving fibres release active ingredients efficiently over up to 72 hours — achieving up to 95% payload utilisation compared to 5–50% in conventional patches.
Our first products apply SkinSync® to plant-based support & recovery — validating the platform commercially in the U.S. while building toward white-label, licensing, and pharma collaboration opportunities.
The technology works across molecules and indications. The platform is protected by two international patent families. Manufacturing is industrialised. And we're just getting started.
